the staff were friendly. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of and were always available to answer any questions I had. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and cafes, so I didn't have to travel far to find something to eat or do some shopping. Lastly, I really enjoyed the spa and fitness area that was available. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
I have to say that there were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. the rooms were quite dated and in need of refurbishment.

Great location for walking to the city center. Convenient access to public transport. Superb staff, helpful and prompt. Good gym, spa, and pool facilities. Helpful staff in the fitness center.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the bus station and metro. It is also conveniently situated near different areas of the city, including the lively Barrio Alto area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a rooftop terrace with a nice view and a pool and spa.
The pool experience can be disappointing, as it is located in a separate building and may not be very child-friendly.

I had an amazing stay here! This place is located on a hill in a business area and is walking distance from almost everything, yet it's still quiet. The service is great, with 24-hour room service and bell staff/porter available. The rooms are soundproofed, have air conditioning, and come with a terrace and kitchenette. The toiletries and hairdryer provided were also of great quality.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient corner shop. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for our little one. The staff were excellent and the hotel had great amenities like a pool and gym.
Felt immediately at home, no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was close to the upmarket residential area of this city. It was easy to get to all areas by cheap taxi and the hotel was situated on a hill, providing beautiful views. it was near the city centre, making it convenient to explore.

The cleaning staff at Altis Prime were pretty good. Not only did they make our room super clean, but they also surprised us by cleaning our dishes and even folding our clothes. The location of the hotel was also great, just a few minutes away from Rossio and downtown. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
